What does the sanity meter do?

Sanity is your health bar in Animal Hospital. It starts around 61-65 and drains 1 point every 50 seconds just from working.

How It Works

• Coffee restores 15 sanity and brews every three minutes
• Chocolate bar restores 60 sanity
• Tasing a fake patient gives +2 sanity; tasing a real patient costs -15
• Below 35 sanity, the screen loses color and the music slows as a warning - drink something quickly
• At 0 sanity, you die and the run ends

Class Interactions

• Psychologist doubles all sanity effects - both positive and negative
• Secretary gains 1 sanity per patient check-in
• Doctor gains 1 sanity per patient healed
• Firefighter (level 3) is immune to sanity drain from fires and gains +10 maximum sanity
