Can you play Animal Hospital Anomaly solo?

Yes, solo play works fine. Servers hold up to 30 players, but you can work the hospital entirely on your own.

What's Harder Solo

• Ambulance rushes (every 5 shifts from Shift 4) arrive with 6+ badly hurt patients - fetching all the treatments yourself is stressful
• The Hazmat slime event (Shifts 11-12) spreads contamination while you also run the front desk
• Multi-step events like the Death Ritual need you to handle everything while the timer runs

What Makes Solo Easier

• Take the Intern class for the extra starting sanity, then upgrade to Security for early anomaly control
• Use the three-check routine religiously - one mistake costs far more solo
• Keep coffee flowing; you have no teammates to cover for you

If you want the easiest possible solo run, choose a class with sanity perks (Secretary, Doctor, Psychologist) rather than combat classes.
