Are there anomaly tiers in Animal Hospital Anomaly?

No. Animal Hospital does not rank its anomalies with S/A/B/C tiers. Fake patients are organized by which check catches them:

• Window checks (7 types): visible tells like twitching, extra eyes, hollow face, human teeth, mismatched eyes, poorly drawn face
• Photo checks (2+ types): mismatched eyes or ears, wrong species, static, or a distorted face in the developed photo
• Camera checks (8 types): black bars, stretched bodies, void shapes, and mimics that look normal anywhere else

In-hospital events and monsters (fires, slime, Stalker, Ghost, Mimic) are separate threats that shutters cannot stop.
