How to know if something is an anomaly in Animal Hospital?

Anomalies in Animal Hospital disguise themselves as normal patients, but you can catch them with the three-check routine: window, photo, and cameras.

1. Window Check

• Twitching - violent, inhuman body movements
• Three Eyes - a third glowing eye on the forehead
• Hollow Face - black voids where the eyes and mouth should be
• Human Teeth - a full row of straight white human teeth
• Mismatched Eyes - eyes of different sizes, or fangs bared
• Poorly Drawn Face - features that look like crayon scribbles

2. Photo Check

• Different eye color, pupil shape, or ear shape
• A completely different species in the photo
• Black static, or a distorted and melted face

3. Camera Check

• Black bars, stretched bodies, or void shapes in the feed
• A patient staring directly into the camera without blinking
• A normal-looking patient that appears monstrous on CCTV
