What does an anomaly photo look like in Animal Hospital?
Question 21 of 22
A
Anomaly photos are the second check in the three-check routine, and they always look wrong compared to the animal at the window:
Photo Tells
- Different eyes - different eye color or pupil shape (cross or cat-eye) than the real animal
- Different ears - round ears become pointed, or the fur color changes
- Wrong species - the photo shows a completely different, unrelated animal
- Static photo - the image comes out black and full of flickering white noise
- Distorted face - an exaggerated, melted, or terrifying expression that the animal doesn't have
Important Rules
- Let the photo finish developing before picking it up - picking up a cursed photo early costs 10 sanity for nothing
- Compare the photo to the animal at the window, not to what you expect
- If the photo is wrong, close the shutters and reject the patient - the shutter is free
For every anomaly with symptoms and counters, see the anomalies guide.
