Who is Barney in Animal Hospital and how do you deal with him?

Barney is one of the most dangerous anomalies in Animal Hospital Anomaly. He appears as a white rabbit-like creature wearing a brown hat, mustache, and plaid pants, and he is one of the game's biggest NPC storylines.
How to Deal with Barney:
- Early Interactions: Comply with his coffee requests to keep him calm - he visits five times total
- Time Management: Never make him wait long; if his requests are refused or delayed he turns hostile
- His Requests: Coffee, a briefcase marked "Do Not Open", a photo (which reveals he is anomalous), and a scalpel from Room 8
- Final Confrontation: When Officer Duckman arrives with a wanted poster, choose between:
- Report Barney (press E): he attacks the officer and destroys a camera before fleeing
- Stay silent (about 30 seconds): the officer leaves, and Barney rewards you with a second coffee machine
Critical Tip: Barney is unpredictable and can turn violent quickly. Fulfill his requests and never make him wait.
