During surgery in the operating room, numerous black aberrant tendrils suddenly burst from the animal's abdomen, wildly flailing and attacking any medical personnel who approach.
✅ How to Handle
The lead surgeon must use a scalpel or specific tool to quickly cut through the tendrils. Only after suppressing the mutation can normal surgery resume.
