Yes, Animal Hospital Anomaly can be played solo, but it is significantly harder than playing in a group. Solo players must rely entirely on their own awareness and cannot be revived by teammates. The early nights (1-5) are manageable alone with good map knowledge and cautious play. From Night 6 onward, solo play becomes extremely challenging as multiple anomalies patrol simultaneously. Solo strategies emphasize stealth above all else: memorize every hiding spot, learn patrol patterns, conserve stamina, and prioritize survival over exploration.
