The Doctor is the main antagonist and an S-Tier boss in Animal Hospital Anomaly. He patrols the Operating Rooms and Administration areas. Listen for his distinctive sounds — scalpel scraping, heavy footsteps, and medical equipment noise. Never run in open hallways when he is nearby; instead, hide in cabinets or under beds. Avoid main hallways altogether during his active patrol times. If he spots you, break line of sight immediately by ducking into a side room. Using distractions like throwing objects can redirect his path briefly, giving you time to escape to a safer area.
