How does multiplayer and teamwork work?

Animal Hospital Anomaly supports up to 4 players in a co-op survival experience. Players share the same hospital but can explore independently or stick together. Team communication is essential — use voice chat or the in-game ping system to warn teammates about anomaly locations and patrol routes. Players can revive downed teammates, but the process takes time and can attract nearby threats. Items can be shared between players, so coordinate who carries what. Certain strategies require teamwork, like one player distracting The Doctor while another searches for keycards. The difficulty scales with player count — more players mean more total noise, but also more eyes watching for danger. Stick together during the hardest nights.
